Refilling an UnKnown Prescription Number
If you do not know a prescription number click that needs to be refilled click Refill UNknown.  At the dialog below click into the Chart field and enter the patient’s chart number.

If you just came from Patients the Chart number has been copied to the clipboard.  After clicking in Chart you can click the Paste button.

After the Chart number is entered press tab and check the name.  If correct click Continue!

To see a list of all patients click the down arrow button.  If you have a lot of patients it may take some time to build this list!

If the wrong chart was entered you will get the dialog on the right.  After clicking OK the patient list will be built for you to make a “correct selection!

At any time you can click Cancel.

If more an one prescription was found you get a pick list to choose from.

At this point you refill the prescription the same as if you knew the prescription number.

If you click on a prescription with zero refills you will get beeped as described above.

Just click on the prescription the patient wants refilled and click the Refill Rx button, as also described above.
